Additionally, Deepak has led businesses focused on product development and online product marketing, further enhancing his expertise in driving business growth through innovative strategies.

    Arun Goel is a seasoned real estate investor and leader who founded Zen Home Suites and Skyline Luxury Home Suites, focusing on short-term rentals. Under his guidance, these companies successfully grew, managing over 150 luxury units in the New York market.


    Arun is also an efficient operator in the multifamily apartment sector, currently owning and managing more than 500+ units across South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. He has built a highly effective operations team, ensuring smooth property management and optimized performance. With expertise spanning acquisitions, technology integration, and operational efficiency, Arun continues to drive growth across both short-term rentals and multifamily properties.
